We offer three shipping options based on your order value and promotions:

1. Free Shipping During Sales

When we run special promotions, free shipping may be available for all orders. This will be clearly indicated on the website during the sale period.

 

2. Free Shipping on Orders Over €50

If your order total is €50 or more, you automatically qualify for free standard shipping.

 

3. Paid Shipping for Orders Under €50

If your order total is less than €50, shipping fees will apply.

The shipping cost will range between €10 and €15, depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information first.
